1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Shoply ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Shoply to sell illegal goods, infringe intellectual property rights, send spam, or abuse the platform. We may suspend any shop that violates these rules.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Shoply a license to host, display and distribute it only as needed to operate the Service.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
